How the Kibbe test works
Each question has answers from very yang to very yin. Your answers build two scores:
- Yin–yang balance: sharp and long vs soft and rounded.
- Width and bluntness: which separates Naturals (broad, blunt) from Dramatics (narrow, sharp), and Gamines (compact, mixed) from Romantics (soft, curvy).
The combination points to one of the 13 types. Your top three are shown because many people sit between types.
Tips for accurate answers
Kibbe types are based on bone structure and natural features, not weight, fitness or style. Answer for your frame as it naturally is. A friend's opinion can help, since it's hard to judge yourself.

Frequently asked questions
What is my Kibbe body type?
Take the test: it scores your yin and yang balance and suggests your type.
Is Kibbe the same as body shape?
No. Kibbe looks at bone structure and features overall, not hip-to-waist proportions.
